PSS has been helping Councils manage and inspect their assets for over 20 years. PSS Software has evolved during that time and has become the most effective asset management tool available today.
The continual evolution of our exceptional asset management software ensures that Councils are always protected against ever-changing legislation. Feedback obtained from our customers guarantees the software does exactly what they need it to do all the time.
15 years ago, PSS created software to manage children's playgrounds. That's all we did until Councils across the country asked us to expand the system to include all the other assets the council needed help with. Since then, our systems have developed to facilitate any kind of asset from trees at the roadside to the fabric and contents of council-owned buildings. We've worked progressively to make our systems easier to use by improving the user interface, adding award-winning reporting tools, and taking the system fully mobile through PDAs and online with PSSLive.
We are proud to have some strong recognition and approval for our products. Originally developed in partnership with the National Playing Fields Association (now called Fields in Trust), the system has been commended by the Health and Safety Executive, and is both approved and used by RoSPA. PSSLive for Parish and Town Councils is offered in partnership with the SLCC.
