(GOs) around the country run the system, including a main system at
Marsham Street; and each was upgraded and the users trained within

Service); telephone Help Desk for every county court in England and
Wales, plus revisions and bug-fixing to a range of quite complex in-house
developed DataEase applications. Where problems cannot be sorted out
over the telephone, we make a site visit. For this service, LCD pay
an annual fee (a standing charge) plus an agreed sum to cover support
calls. |

repairs of radio equipment, for possible use in over 200 Metropolitan
