We know our customers are busy. That's why we're launching one-hour training courses via the internet. There's no need to install any software. All you do is click a link in an email that we'll send to you and you'll be able to see our training computer. Our training director, Margaret Baker, will then make a hands-free phone call. It'll be just like sitting next to Margaret. And, because there's no travel, we can offer these courses from only £75 plus VAT at any time that suits you. As many of you know, Margaret used to be a director of the Association of Play Industries and she was involved in setting up the RPII. She's the ideal person to train you in using PSSLive.
