PSSLIVE FOR TREES
A land owner has a ‘duty of care’ to maintain their Trees in a safe condition, irrespective of where they are located or their proximity to the general public.
We have worked closely with Councils to develop this module to include all the functionality you need to maintain detailed records of the Trees in your area of responsibility. PSSLive includes QTRA (Quantified Tree Risk Assessment) and CAVAT (Capital Asset Value for Amenity Trees) information fields. Assets themselves are populated with Tree specific information such as Genus, Species, Height and Spread, Longevity, Maturity, Vigour, Landscapes and Targets.
SPECIFIC CHECKS
PSSLive offers a fully populated Tree checklist with approximately 200 Findings covering all manner of afflictions a Tree may suffer with or require attention or action from. Use Photos at the Asset, Finding and Task level to keep visual record of a Tree.
